Question - How do you manage up effectively so that your management knows what you are working and how hard you are working to make a case for your growth?

I feel like my manager appreciates my efforts and gives me lot of opportunities to speak in the team but skip level does not seem to know my work and often forgets or does not copy me on emails meetings etc.
