Can JP Morgan Chase lay us off in a middle of a pandemic? #layoffs
You think a bank of all things would try and save jobs 💀
No. They will stop the pandemic first
My guess is that they slow performance based layoffs since it is harder to assess when people aren't at the office. If things get dire they will surely cut jobs, but my guess is right now they are trying to figure out if this will be a couple month impact or more like 18+ months
