Does anyone here work in marketing at an auto company? What is it like?
Offering a different perspective from thadeuce: It ’s pretty fun on the client/OEM side. Hard to get into at entry level but there’s nothing like getting schmoozed by agencies and companies looking for partnerships! Just a little too, uhm....catty/gossipy/relationship-driven for my taste That was my experience at a big 3 automotive company. It’s probably different at a start-up. I don’t do marketing anymore.
Yes it's faced paced the clients are tough. It can vary depending on the company and type of marketing/advertising you're doing.
