Which team?
OP, you probably interviewed for Sr SWE. It’s a good offer from MQ but you may have better offer from other companies. The comment that they are not technical is very wrong. Some of the best engineers in Bay Area or anywhere work here as there very few systems that are as complex as issuing processing in the entire map of distributed systems. It’s fast growing and hence there are lots of opportunities to add value.

Not sure about upside but the people there are not very technical. I got slightly better offer and declined.

Half of my interviewers would not pass typical FAANG interviews and play politics. That was my impression. I could be wrong but I went with my gut feeling. It was not one team but multiple teams.
