Marvell Sr Staff position salary expectation
Hi Guys, I got offered Sr Staff engineer role at Marvell Santa Clara. The recruiter is going to come back with the numbers but I would like to know what should I expect and ask in case if he comes back with lower TC. Please help! Sr. Staff T4 TC midpoint range is about ~240k. Not worth the switch and we have constant layoffs here.
