I want to get some advice on whether I should pursue a master degree in computer science. I’m currently an analyst with a non-technical background. Some context: I have a non-tech bachelor degree, a MBA, and about 3 yrs experience as a business/data analyst. I have a lot of excel experience inc managing & creating data models & queries in DAX. I have a small amount of sql experience& knowledge & currently am able to extract data from Hana& do very basic sql queries. I want to expand my tech knowledge in a way that will help my salary but also sustainability in this field. Right now I feel my job will be outsourced to interns/international contractors and I want to be prepared if/when that happens. Any advice for next steps?
You won't get into a good compsci masters without a bachelors. Can you not try to move up the ranks with the skills you have now and aim for management positions? If you get into the right company you can make a move from BA to prod manager etc.

Imo the majority of CS knowledge is covered in undergrad, and graduate CS is a lot more specialized. In industry I don’t use a lot of what I learned from my CS masters (maybe use stuff from like 3 classes out of 12)
OP figure out what these 3 classes are and do an online course. Done deal! I saved you $30k
