Anyone know the max Uber L5A offer for PM? Hard to figure out from levels since the data points seem older and I’m not sure how the front-loading was calculated.

Would really appreciate breakdown of base, signing bonus, RSU. Also, any tips on negotiation will be helpful.

Current TC: $200K

    max is prob $400 tc or near it. Prob like 170-190 base and rest equity (maybe like 35k bonus target)
