Max salary for ICT3 Apple employees
What is the maximum salary for Apple employees in the ICT3 level? I know the ICT2 range starts at $90k per annum and ICT3 can go up to $150k per annum but I’m not sure if that’s the maximum for ICT3. TC: 147K/100K/16K

I’m an ICT3 and after my last hike, my base became 147K. My manager said I’m close to the ICT3 max and should start looking to get promoted. I’m not sure if it is just a way of dangling a carrot, but there it is.

I know an ICT3 with 160k base.

ICT3 (PhD + 3.5 yrs exp at time of hire). I was offered 160k/105k/30k. Got substantial refresher in the just concluded review.
