What can be above average to the best salary in Amsterdam with tech background and 5+ yoe.
Depends on the seniority level that you are asking for. For Booking.com, a mate of mine who is a normal core dev gets 90K+ for base and 20+% performance based bonus. They get 25% discount for any hotel reservations.
How much yoe he has?
3, one of that was grad year. Oh and the currency is in Euro
5yoe the best is about 200k-250k TC in unicorn hft companies. 150k-ish at established hft companies like IMC. 200k here is possible with 100k base + 100% bonus (but their comp structure is not really clear). A little less with others like Optiver etc. uber, booking, etc 100k-140k, although don't sell your soul and join booking, perl sucks.
What about companies like Adyen? Any idea?
Heard upto 100k with good interviews
It’s only base. You will get bonus on top of it
You can earn 200k + if you're ambitious
Any specific firm?
Quite a few if you go zzp. You'll forego the juicy Dutch employee benefits in place of €

That’s what new grads get at Booking.
