What's the minimum salary for spb anyway?
Minimum is probably $120K the max is closer to 200K. There are SPB3, SPB2 and SPB1 levels within SPB.
LPB to SPB3 got 10% 125K I accepted the offer but left 9 months later for 155K role and didn't bother giving them 2 weeks notice. The day my new offer at another company was signed was the same day I quit GE. I sent my resignation letter in to HR and never showed up again.
