Current L63 in IDC TC 60+
I want to buckle down for a while. Changing jobs (and interviewing) every now and then is a pain!
Except for leetcoding and joining other company, what else can be done to improve TC while being here? Can it match (or at least come close to) other FAANG TCs?
From what I know, promos hardly bump base by 5%. Stock refreshers are peanuts - do SSAs solve that problem? What's the best TC growth trajectory you know of or experienced, assuming high performer and all?
I am trying to understand what's the best case scenario and either work towards it or just accept the reality. Thanks in advance for your help!
