Xoogler looking for L6 SWE position at Google

I’ve been talking to a Google recruiter and she says it would be best if I found the team before starting the interviews. I left more than 1.5 years ago and it looks like all my most trusted contacts had left Google as well...

I am looking for a IC L6 (possibly tech lead, but not a manager) position, something that requires hardcore technical knowledge. At Google I worked on projects like Chromium, Cloud Console, Shopping Express. Comfortable with Java, C++, JavaScript, Angular (js, not the second version). Experienced with Googly things like Flume, Guice, Borg, familiar with coding styles and such.

Generally prefer something more frontendy, but have a lot of backend experience, e.g. at Netflix I got to play with AWS and Docker a lot.

On demand, can provide examples of impactful projects (including popular open-source ones) and references, both from inside and outside Google.
