I am currently with Flipkart in a product management role. Completed all interviews with Google and team match. The application is currently in the hiring committee stage. Yes, I had team match rounds before hiring committee. Now, I don't have competing offers and wondering should I try and get one, given I have joined Flipkart a couple of months ago and hiring committee decision is due mid Jan'22. I haven't had a discussion with the recruiter regarding the level, but, I am guessing it would be L5. How much should I expect from Google without competing offers? I would have to think twice about Google if it is less than 110 LPA given FK is poised for an IPO and stock valuation is likely to rise.
YoE: 7 (2.5 as dev, rest as PM)
Current TC: 85 LPA (50 fixed, 10 variable, 100 lacs of ESOPs over 4 years)
