Mega Thread - 2022 Current Return to Office/Mandate plans

Lets get an updated mega thread on how things are looking for the future of RTO and if your company still has mandates despite Supreme Court decision. Drop the following info

- Company, City
- Planned RTO, unknown RTO, RTO already happened or fully remote
- Current state of company vaccine mandate for in office and/or WFH (and if its even being enforced or just an honor system)
