Meta PM WLB

Made final interview loop for PM at Meta, but somewhat concerned about time zone difference IF I get and offer. I live in the central time zone, so I’ll be 2 hours ahead of probably most of the people I work with. I have two young kids (3 and 1), so being fully available and working/in meetings from the time I need to pick up from daycare until they go to bed just isn’t an option for me. The issue being that these hours are a significant chunk of the later part of the work day for the pacific time zone. The occasional call/email/meeting for things that can’t wait is fine, and I don’t have an issue needing to finish up things after they go to bed, but wondering if this time zone issue is going to make this just totally undoable.

Is it even possible to find a team with this level of flexibility?
