Meta offer, no competing offer
Hey, I got a verbal offer for meta l5. Currently in team matching so don’t have comp yet. I’m scared they will low ball and I don’t have a competing offer (got rejected from google). Come from a no name startup (not springboard, this is a roommates account. Mine is a small team and my vp is always on blind). Couldn’t get interview calls at Uber, stripe, Microsoft. Got rejected at Shopify. Is there a company that can close interview to offer in 1-2 weeks that might help me negotiate with meta? Which companies have the same interview type at meta? Hoping I can clear those. What other negotiation strategies can I use? Current tc is 120k #pm #product #meta #offernegotiation
Tell offer companies you’re in the final stages of interviewing with a company. Ask if you can skip directly to the onsite.
Did you get referrals for Uber, Stripe, and MS?

Same I’m in a bad company with really good TC on paper(stock went to 0). I’m not sure if I need other offers to compete or if I can just use my current TC
