Got an E5 offer from meta today and I have to accept it by Monday (due to hiring freeze apparently). Also got a verbal offer from Microsoft (also senior not sure if its L63 or L64) but no numbers yet.
I really liked the Microsoft team but with Meta I don't know which team I'll be on yet. I feel Meta is better on my resume though and also doubt microsoft will beat the meta numbers.

Agree with the other meta employee. It's usually 15% lower for LCOL but they say it depends on market so can be be MCOL. Mpk is 5% more to account for taxes etc. So look up levels and a count for -20% if it is a mpk offer.
As always your base is the most important so try to barbie hard for it
Try to negotiate your base. I'm E4 (almost 3y) and my base is 173. I think you can get a higher base. The stock seem alright. Look up levels.fyi for better info
