    The culture at Harness is very great and transparent. You will feel like you are part of the family. The pay is very competitive. IPO roadmap is very clear.

    Not going to say it here. But its very competitive given the company’s trajectory. There are no fake values. Just ask for current valuation and outstanding shares and do the math.

      I've been working @Harness for almost two years. It's very hectic and demanding but very rewarding. The culture is very open and our CEO is reachable to discuss any topic.
