Base: $82k
RSU: $90k
No Sign-On
I am currently 2.5 YOE with $93k TC (all base).
Am I being lowballed or is this standard for their base to be so low? I would be moving from a MCOL to a HCOL (LA) area and be taking a pay cut in my base.
