I work remotely, young single male, and I don't want to pay state income tax. I'll save 700$ by moving. I'm thinking to move to Miami on the beach or Las Vegas on the strip. What are the pros and cons? I'll get a condo. I'm thinking Las Vegas because it's cheaper and the condos are newer. I'm open to other locations too, but heavily preferring no state income tax. Miamy has the ocean and chicks in thongs ... LV has waaay too much crime and the hookers are skanky
$700 a year? That's nothing and it shouldn't be relevant to your decision. If you're looking to move just to save $700, you need to reevaluate a few things.
I think nobody actually lives on the strip. Most Las Vegas people live outside the strip and drive 10 minutes there. I can’t imagine a life of gambling and strippers every week. But I think that is a single guys fantasy, go for it.
If you do not like Vegas after 1 year, you can always move!
Miami is fun everyday. Las Vegas will be boring after a couple of days in the strip clubs
Miami. LV can get boring, not much to do and it’s in the middle of nowhere.
Everyone is voting Miami but giving no reason
OP, go to Vegas. Miami is better without you in it.
Also, Miami is significantly more expensive than The Strip.
