Adobe L5 Offer SF
Hey all just got offer from Adobe for an L5 dev in SF: Base: 225k Bonus: 7% (15k) Stock: 260k (1100 shares)/4yr vest 1st year sign on: 30k TC (minus sign on): 305k Waz told this is close to top, but of course there is always negotiation room. Any tips on what best to negotiate on? Was thinking of asking for more stock, maybe 1250 shares. Thanx all.

Solid base, but you can squeeze out on stocks. I dont see Adobe stock doubling its value like it just did the last year, so take that into consideration. Might be helpful to see how its performed in the last couple of years to fix on a number

That’s a good offer. You can negotiate on stock may be a 100-200 more.
