Micron ASIC design offer

I got an offer from micron for principal engineer ASIC design.pls help to evaluate whether it's good or not. What is the annual refresher rsus ranges in micron? New TC: 220k with 80k rsu Yoe:10 No competing offers

No I am in the process of leaving Intel but not for Micron :-). The offer looks reasonable based on some friends offers that have changed recently from Folsom to San Jose

Ask them for more RSUs upfront the refreshers are not that great compared to my previous company. Depends how much RSUs you are leaving behind at your current job.

170 base + 80k rsu over 4 yrs

Ok..80k over 4 years means 20k/year is terrible for hw Industry standard would be around 40-50k/year rsu and 180 base maybe..base can be higher than that as well
