Microsoft - H1B transfers
Hello guys, I would like to know how long it is taking time for Microsoft immigration team to file H1B transfer after submitting the necessary documents. Please share your inputs from the past 2 months or so.
I think premium processing is back again
I submitted all my document on 20th Jan, they said another 4 weeks from today to get me clearance to join on receipt. What questionnaire did you fill ?
I have filled in questionnaire too, but they have not mentioned about timeline at all. No response for the past 2 weeks. So it takes more than 6 weeks to get a receipt ?
What was the questionnaire called ? โVisa hire โ or โh1b change of employer โ?

I accepted my offer on 31st dec .. still my h1b not filled

Yes, the hr and immigration gave me an update last Thursday that itโs in drafting stage.
Any predictions of opening PP for applications filed after Dec 21 2019 in March 2019?
Have no idea. Anything can happen.

I'm also on the same boat. Submitted "visa hire" questionnaire in the last week of February and "change of employer" questionnaire this week. They say it will take 6-8 weeks for them to file it. Please post when they file it for you. Thanks
