Microsoft 2018 new grad offer?

What’s the standard Microsoft 2018 new grad offer for level 59 with a bachelor’s degree in Redmond wa, for someone who has never interned there? I believe the salary is 113,500 is this correct? What about RSUs and signing bonus?

Wasn’t it 107k in 2017?

Microsoft FredMeyer May 6, 2018

I know someone with lvl 60 got exactly 113.5k why do you think that? I believe lvl59 should start at 105k

Apple Tushar roy OP May 6, 2018

I thought it was 107k in 2017 for level 59

Microsoft FredMeyer May 6, 2018

Maybe, but 113.5k is 60. If you are asking based on an offer that should be 60

I got hired on last year from college (lvl 59) and had not interned previously. For my PM role I got 107k, 60k stock, 20k starting (which I negotiated up from 15k). Sounds like I should have started a year later ;)

My offer this year was pretty similar pre negotiation. Did you level up to 60 yet?

Hoping to this review cycle

L59 offer is 175k TC if you have a competing offer from amazon (155k). Else it is same as amazon (155k). Amazon wont even negotiate for new grad but MS would give a nice 20k bump.

Salary is 108K. Stock can range between 60k-120k Signing bonus is negotiable. Source: I'm new grad L59 starting this year.
