Then for the behavioral/leadership questions, prepping answers for each of the Amazon LPs was really useful to me. You might have a better (larger scope, more impact) answer from 3-5 years ago, but, without prep, all you’ll be able to remember in an interview is the top of mind things that happened last month.
And do mock interviews with FAANG hiring managers - or at least folks who’ve done a bunch of real interviews from the hiring side. Do as many of those as you can scrape together. What you thought was a great answer, might not come out that way. And your other story that you thought was meh, might actually be more impressive.
Also even if you came in at L5 you can manage folks and TC can be in 350-400K range from what I have seen.
