I interviewed for Microsoft in December and completed the AA just before Christmas. After that, it has been radio silence from them and when I contacted my recruiter yesterday they are not able to get feedback from the AA person as he is the group director or something so there are timing issues. Is this as bad as it sounds ( indirect rejection) or is there any hope?
