Microsoft Data Scientist Offer
$117k base, $130k/4yrs RSU, 35k sign on bonus paid over 2 years. Is this a good offer for a Statistics PhD from top 10 US program or should I negotiate?

Definitely low. I make more as an analyst. I would get that salary up to 130 at least. If you also have work exp, push higher. As the other person suggested, ask for higher bonus

If it was 60 then this is a reasonable offer for the level That being said, with a PhD and work experience they should've been offering you at lvl 61
