Microsoft IDC L60 Compensation
What's the typical compensation structure for L60 at Microsoft IDC? Offered TC: 18 Base, 3 JB, $30k stocks I want to know how much should I negotiate more. YOE: 2.5

Even I am talking about India. Ask for 20L base or like 40-45K$ stock. Any of these. You will be placed above average. Your offer is actually fine, but something feels missing, idk. Push for something in TC. Remember, you're from Amazon, you should be offered better than the other new joinees. Same goes for people jumping from Microsoft to Amazon.

And what about base? What's the range for L60?
For L60 it ranges mostly from 16-22
