I recently cleared all rounds for UXD2 for Microsoft India. I just received an email asking for my current CTC and expected CTC for the role. According to Glassdoor, CTC for UXD2 is 24LPA approx. My current CTC is 8.6LPA at Deloitte with 1.6 YOE. Pitching them 24LPA as expected CTC would be absurd imo. Why would it be absurd ? You cleared rounds for a job that pays 24 , so you DESERVE 24 , as simple as that. Tell the recruiter , you deserve salary based on budget and market standard and not based on your previous CTC. And most importantly , stand your f ground. Don't just bend in because it's MSFT.
Congratulations. Check with HR if they are offering you with L61 or L60 role. They might downlevel you due to YOE.

Microsoft pays >23 Lakh to design new grads. (13.22L base + $30k stock over 4 years + 5L JB over 2 years + Performance bonus) Quote a number higher than this. It shouldn't be awkward. Or you can try to get competing offers if they lowball you.
