I know you need to be level 62 for transfer to redmond but is it also required for Canada office. Also how many years of experience at the minimum to get to that level. Thanks :)

It's required to be 62 to transfer anywhere outside India. And the best 59 to 62 is 3.5 years. Average is 5 years. It highly depends on your team, performance and the projects and funding you get during these period

3(top performer) to 5(avg) years. Assuming that you're starting at 59.

How is the salary calculated if you want to move from India to Canada?
    Jan 29, 2021 4
    • Compa ratio is based on level. If 40lpa is say at L63. Compa ratio should be around 1.1. For compa ration 1.0 salary is near about 36.

I am not very sure of Canada. It's definitely much lesser than US is all I can say. Should be near about 70% of what you'd get paid in US as far as I know.

For US 63 lvl at compa ratio 1.0, salary should be around 160k. You can do the math to get what you looking for. Hope that helps.
