Microsoft L61 Offer Evaluation

Blind Community, please help me with my situation Current TC 165K , NYC YOE 5 Years I was interviewed at Microsoft Azure hiring event. I passed in interview, however interviewer didn't feel my experience align with their teams. I thought they were interviewing me for L62 but the feedback was "Strong hire for L61" I was mapped with different teams. Interviewed with one other azure teams but they offered role to some other candidate. Later Bing offered me a role . Recruiter didn't revealed the level when I asked many times and he tried to down play me by saying Seattle is Tier 2 city and initially he tried to offer less than what I earn now. BTW recruiter told me I will not get annual bonus for 2021 later after negotiation for several days, Recruiter told me that 137 Base + 120 RSU + 40 Sign on (split in two years 25+15) total 1 Year TC 192 K while I was trying to make it 200K, recruiter came back and told me that manager don't want to give the 192 k number also he want to reduce base and sign on. How should I deal with my current situation, Bing Ads project is also not so interesting and can I go back to the Back end coordinator and ask her to map with MS Azure or MS teams. People told me no difference in pay between Azure and Bing . But careers wise I live to be at Azure or MS Teams . I'm going through this painful negotiations/discussions from last few weeks. What are the best numbers to ask for for L61 I don't have any offer with me , my other interviews are in final stages and I'm interested to work for Microsoft. Thanks #microsoft
