Target Stocks : Only mentions eligible?
Would TC be calculated as 188k+75k+(188k*.40) ? It seems subsequent years, based on how its read, I would have TC at 188 + 40% Bonus (says up to...so not guaranteed?).
Im wondering if target stocks should be something defined in the offer. At L65, I was aiming for at least $300k TC. When I look at levels.fyi and see base / stock / bonus, should that be interpreted as annual refresher stock and an assumption that the full bonus percentage is reached?
Target bonus is 20% (top performance is up to 40%)
Stock refreshers will be awful so you need a MUCH bigger stack than that at sign-on (200+)
