Hey Everyone! I’ve just received a new grad offer for Microsoft at Redmond. I had three on-sites, and aced each one. The compensation is as follows:
Base: 122k
Stock: 130k over 4 years
Bonus: 20k
I have a Masters in Computer Engineering from one of the top 3 Canadian Engineering schools and 2.5 years of software internship experience. Unsure of the level right now, will be talking to the recruiter soon, but sounds like an L60 lowball. What do you think the compensation band should be for my qualifications?

And are you saying this offer is a lowball offer for L60 or that the L60 level is too low?
I don't think this is much of a lowball offer for new grad. If you're in Canada you should also be eligibility for a high relocation bonus, especially if coming from east coast
