I received email from HR that they are ready to extend offer with Microsoft. I would like to know what to expect in terms of level and TC also considering relocation to Seattle. I have interviewed for Senior software Engineer. Currently : Consultant - Full Stack Java Engineer @Walmartlabs Total year of experience - 11+ Education : BE / MBA (India) Location : Bay Area. Visa - h1B
Expect to get butt-pounded for $150K/year Oh, and welcome to the fam

Did they interview before April and then applied for H1b and are ready to wait till October for you to start ?

Check with recruiter to see what level they leveled you at. At this point, they should know. Then check levels.fyi. Relocation package depends on how many people you're bringing with you. Allowance goes up with more people.
