All PERMs blocked for at least 6 months because of recent layoffs of American citizens.

I joined in Jan and finished all the paperwork and previous in April. I was told that the company will put my file in rounds of recruitment in Aug. to prove that I'm not replacing qualified US workers and then file PERM in Nov.
