Depends on if your HW or SW. HW side generally makes less money. Also depends on your department. Program Manager in WDS (specifically Surface product line) Reliability made about $80k.

In my department we had vendor Program Managers. Rate ranged from $65/hr to $85/hr, no bonuses or other perks.
Depends on level, duh.
