Microsoft Program Manager University hire salary
I have an offer from Microsoft for University hire Program Manager in Xbox team. I have a Master's degree in Information Systems and 3+ years of full time experience as a developer and Analyst. Also have 10 months of internship experience as a Data Analyst. How much is going to be the pay? Also suggest me the best figure to negotiate.
What level? Generally new grad salaries are the same for PM/SWE hired at level 59. But given your experience it sounds like you'd come in at a higher level.

I would guess the TC range to be 140K to 160K.

Level 59 107k base, 5-50k starting bonus closer to 5 unless you’re a rockstar 70-130k RSU grant. Again closer to 70 if you’re not a returning intern or a rockstar.
Sounds like OP will enter MSFT at higher than level 59 though, what with the Master's and prior work experience. I think level 59 is mostly given out to folks who are starting out of undergrad
