Microsoft Redmond from India
Do you get additional stocks and bonus as part of Redmond offer during relocation ? Or is it base offer as per PPP and stocks/bonus are given during review cycle ?

No stocks. Base offer only and a lump sum relocation bonus if you opt to take care of all relocation things
How hard is it to make Microsoft relocate you?
Minimum requirement level is L62. More a matter of patience, perseverance and keep applying. If in case moving to sister team then it's straight forward.
