When I apply on the careers portal will the hiring manager know all my previous interviews feedback?
Youre talking about feedback from other internal job interviews? They won't generally know you interviewed at all unless the hr person is the same or you tell them. I dont know if there is an official policy but I've never heard of anyone asking about internal loop feedback. When I was a manager we got feedback when someone had done an external loop but never internal.
So If I interview internally with two teams and applied on the careers portal as well, they wouldn’t know this?
They wouldnt know about each other, no, unless the recruiter was the same or groups were under same m2 or something. In that latter case, they'd probably have worked out some kind of split loop anyway. My last big job hunt, I interviewed with more than 30 teams. None of them ever knew I was interested in other teams at all. Once I got to offer stage, they do ask about other offers, of course.
