Microsoft > Salesforce Dir/Sr Dir PM Role
Blinders, first-time poster here.
Currently at MS YOE 7.5/11. Current TC 287K, expecting promo to L65 as a people manager in March. So far promoted every 18-24 months starting at L60.
Salesforce is offering an IC Director role in Seattle, Base: 250K, Bonus: 50K, RSU: 140K.
Is this too low? I have been hearing that their RSU and base refresher policies are inconsistent. At MS I have had +7% base, +20% bonus, and +30% RSU on average YoY.
Should I ask for more base and/or RSU to cover the next 4 years? Anything else I should be aware of?

PS: Was expecting a Sr Dir offer given how interviews went and expecting a higher comp but HM had the usual explanation (better to come in at a Dir level 'n do well 'n get promo etc.). I care less about titles and want to maximize TC.
