Only the developers got it. Not every dev is happy. It’s a ripe time for other companies to sweep in and hire great talent

Not true. At least PMs got it too. But they had to get 140% target in the performance review to get it.

Vests over 4 years, 20/20/30/30. Some number between 0 and level-based cap awarded to many FTEs this year. Probably to compete with FAANG TC.
