Microsoft Sr TPM

Fellows.. need some insight I have completed 2 telephonic and 3+1(HM) F-to-F rounds, and it has been 2 days.. 1. How soon should i expect the results? 2. What compensation should i ask. (Base, stock, joining) for redmond?

You didn’t get it. Externals should be 4+1. The AA is required for you to get an offer.

Actually, i was scheduled for 3 interviews - 2 sr PMs and 1 Hiring manager. Also, the recruiter told me that i should ask in third round that whether there would be a fourth round or not. The third round interviewer told me that yes and i interviewed with a group program lead...

It is a Sr TPM role.. more of an engineering lead.

TPM != Lead. A Lead at MICROSOFT is a line level manager. A tpm is just a pm at MICROSOFT.
