Microsoft Uber technical program manager / program manager salary range
Anyone knows the salary ranges for MSFT Sr Program Manager and Uber TPM II? I've been approached by a couple of recruiters and want to know how they compare. Uber TPM is in SF and MSFT PM is in Redmond. What levels would each position correspond to?
Microsoft Sr PM has 2 levels. 63/64. At 63, you are looking at: Base:$150k-$160k Stock: $20-$50k (based on how much you negotiate) per year Sign on: $25k Bonus: 0-30% (15% target = $25k)
Anyone at @Uber have any info on TPM2?
