Your argument is still bad and juvenile. Like an outsider who got all their facts from gossips. I have actually lived it and worked in top tech companies/ interviewed with them for ML/DL positions as well as have a PHD in the field....soooo by Felicia
Sorry, I can’t argue further as you just keep saying I have a PhD and I have worked there without bringing any facts on the table... btw I have worked at MSR, IBM Watson and my labmates worked at Google, so it’s not completely based on Gossips
Doesn’t it vary a lot depending on the team or org you worked in?
I worked in Azure and it had a horrible culture of bosses deciding your deadlines for you, endless pressure, no thankfulness etc. I find Apple much more relaxed and open to ideas without having to wade through bureaucratic bs. ymmv.
Was in Bing, WLB hard to say, MSFT has no work, Life definitely MSFT >>>>> AAPL, in the days that guaranteed everyone got their own office, colleague even WFH 2 days/week and 2 days with kids in his office, working 1 day. But TC AAPL >>>> MSFT. I do hear partners make a lot, but I’m below that level.
