Base 125k RSU 75k over 4 years signing bonus 10k + 10k the first 2 years yearly bonus 0-20% Location: Redmond YOE 3.5 I really wanted at least a level 61 offer. 1) is there a possibility for a grade bump? 2) How much more/ what components can i negotiate on to get a better offer. 100k stocks and 30k signon first year. Why do you think you got L60 when you have 3.5 years experience. Do you have masters? Masters grad get l61. Btw you can ask for 150k stocks, I was dumb enough to just ask for 100k stocks

I think L60 is a good level to come in at. Gives you an opportunity to get a quick promo to L61 after one year.. Could be good visibility
Agree, you can get promoted to 61 as early as 6 months . Should be straight forward
