Hey!
Currently have an offer from Salesforce for 204tc year 1, 168 onwards. Recently did my Microsoft interview which went extremely will probably be speaking to the recruiter on Monday. Any tips on negotiating?
I've heard of some people being able to get L60 with counter offers and previous internship experience which I both have.
And roughly
120 base
175 stocks
50signing
Are these the max values for l60 new grad Seattle area? And how should I approach this?
Should I give the recruiter a higher number for everything and hopefully they counter back with similar numbers as above? Not really sure how to negotiate
