New grads are a special class at Microsoft this is well known. 1-3 yoe Microsoft almost always hands out offers like this

Yeah I'd say lowball. You could likely get 122k/130k/30k if you had competing offers. For reference, my L61 offer with 2.5 YoE as well: 135k/200k/55k (I had strong competing G/FB offers as leverage).

New grads get 110/120/40 you can definitely negotiate for more.

If you dont mind? How was the online assessment? Lc hard or medium. All the best for onsite.

I thought the online assessment was LC easy/medium and can be finished in the allotted time they give you

I heard from so many friends of mine about this. There were many hiring event around dec and Jan. I was disappointed when I heard about the offers that were out. Even Starbucks offer more to their engineers. RSUs were big joke. Come on Microsoft, this how you gonna beat Amazon?
