Need advice Location - Bellevue SDE 2 / 2.5 exp Base 138 Sign on 40k RSU 75k (25/25/25/25) Team is Azure Already negotiated on base. Should i push for more stocks ? Is it good ? Waiting on aws offer too.

How do you have 75k rsu vesting at 25k each year for 4 years?
Also note that ms does give a 10% bonus every year just to show up and more to actually work. While Amazon looks like a lot of money but work and uncertainty is not worth it! Other things to consider is espp and 9k 401 matching. I came to amazon from ms and now m returning after being fired in about 6 months without any feedback or review cycle. Definitely consider this risk esp if you're on a visa

For 61 it’s a good offer
pretty good base and sign on for l61. I don't know of there's room to budge on stocks but it is pretty standard for an industry hire. I'd probably take it but you may have room if you have a competing offer.
