Had an onsite a week and a half ago and I felt it went well. Also had a 5th AA interview which apparently is a good thing. Looks like most people hear back within few days but I still haven't heard back yet. Reached out to the recruiter and said they'll be talking with the team this week and give me feedback after but the week is already over and no updates yet. Just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences before.

Friend is having the same experience after an onsite last week.
Took me 2 weeks to get my offer verbal and written so be patient.
Which team and did you end up taking it?
Now AA interviews happen for everyone.
Oh damn really? What happens if they said “you may or may not have a final interview”?
I interviewed about a month ago for pr eng mgr. I received prelim feedback from sourcing recruiter it went very well. One week later, onsite recruiter mentioned feedback was great all across the board, im the top pick, but there a couple interviews left. A waited a couple weeks or so, checked in, and this time the hiring mgr emailed me directly saying he was very happy with how I showed up but he has to complete their process. Another week and a half goes by, i checkin again and he explains if he wasnt interested in considering me for the role, hed had let me know, and mentioned it would take almost another month to complete their process before a decision can be made. He emailed me again and also said hed be happy for a follow up call. I replied i would wait it out.
Just following up to indicate I did receive an offer.
you took 1.5 months to get the feedback?? Now I am in the same boat. Last Friday HM (not the recruiter. My recruiter keep silent) reached out to me that said give them some time for the update. it's been a month since the final interview include 2 week holidays break
The only thing i can figure is their might be either an interview quota or diversity/inclusion requirement of some type. Ive read a ton of posts on blind about waiting to hear feedback and most concur as long as HM is reaching out to you, MS can sometimes take longer. Hoping for the best!

Best LCOL or MCOL city?
Not the norm but can happen when scheduling is tough. Would not read too much into it
