Don't go to Goldman over Microsoft. No comparison.
MSFT any day
Microsoft > Goldman Sachs
If you are planning to sell your soul, nothing is better than Goldman.
Microsoft all the way Technology roles in banks are third class citizen and you will always be looked as cost center and work in old technology Moreover the profits and bonus goes to investment bankers first and you will be given peanuts as part of tech
You can't be serious. Also, TC or GTFO.
Lol on compliance. Do you enjoy working with lawyers with excessive red tape, bureaucracy? This group is for people who can't get any other project. TC or GTFO.
TC offered at both?
Commerce & ecosystem isn’t great at Redmond tbh. Not sure how charlottes org is in India. Culture isn’t great. My 2 cents.
Can you elaborate on what terms is the team not good at? I mean projects or the tech stack they use? what would be your suggestion then, Goldman or msft?
The projects, politics and culture. Tech stack doesn’t vary hugely at MSFT unless you’re doing like a new thing like quantum. That being said be the most valuable employee where you are for Goldman that’s PE/IB. If you’re in tech join MSFT and switch after a couple of months or a year.
